Delivery Advisor

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of customer order preparation
• Handle customer disputes including returns and credits
• Conduct NPS customer follow-ups to improve experience
• Propose substitute products while considering product margins
• Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines
• Support new customers within the perimeter using available tools

Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational Baccalaureate
• Currently seeking an apprenticeship in commerce or distribution
• Passion for gastronomy
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Proficiency with IT tools
