Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the client portfolio to build loyalty and optimize results
• Welcome, support, and provide advice to METRO Halles customers
• Monitor orders including reception, preparation, invoicing, and shipping coordination
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Handle potential disputes and administrative follow-up

Requirements

• Experience in the food distribution sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and field-oriented mindset
