About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of customer order preparation
- Manage customer disputes, including returns and credits
- Conduct NPS customer follow-up calls to improve the overall customer experience
- Propose suitable product substitutions while considering product margins
- Ensure strict adherence to delivery deadlines
- Support and onboard new customers within your perimeter using available tools
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an apprenticeship in the commerce or distribution sector
- Holding a Bac or Bac professionnel degree
- Strong orientation toward customer service and relationship management
- Proficiency in using IT and digital tools
- A passion for gastronomy and the food industry
