Delivery Administrator

Responsibilities

• Prioritize delivery requests to meet customer needs and contract due dates
• Prepare and process commercial and government deliveries for operations and engineering materials
• Utilize APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to manage deliveries
• Execute DD250 using RMD and Government Contracts
• Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250s
• Ensure compliance with requirements in DFARS Appendix F
• Participate in program meetings regarding DD250 execution
• Communicate directly with both internal and external customers

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent system
• Active and transferable US government security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date
• US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Direct experience with SAP, Contracts, and WAWF
