Deli Shift Leader I

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members within the hot deli area to ensure operational excellence
• Assist the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness and quality
• Ensure the deli area is kept clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Provide excellent guest service to maintain a customer-focused culture
• Maintain equipment in accordance with established food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a restaurant or foodservice environment
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with various stakeholders
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
