Deli Production Team Member

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organized and orderly deli area
• Monitor the hot deli case and keep it stocked with fresh items
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards
• Clean and organize dishes and utensils

Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the day
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar deli or restaurant position
• Knowledge of food safety procedures
