Deli and Catering Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and inform customers regarding product choices, cooking methods, side dishes, and recipes
• Maintain an attractive department display to drive commercial dynamics and sales
• Implement merchandising rules, including shelf stocking and information clarity
• Manage the setup and organization of the department at the beginning and end of each day
• Ensure strict compliance with traceability, cleaning, and disinfection procedures for the workspace

Requirements

• Previous experience in large-scale retail or a similar food service environment
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal qualities
• Knowledge of product traceability and food preservation methods
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented mindset
