Délégué Technique/Flying Doctor

Responsibilities

• Accompany dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and engine performance faults
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools (e.g., wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnosis, flashing, and parameter setting
• Identify root causes using electrical diagrams and technical documentation
• Intervene on isolated cases and global fleet technical issues
• Write clear technical reports and ensure case follow-up
• Train and coach workshop technicians in the field
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting recurring incidents

Requirements

• Experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or after-sales
• Strong expertise in resolving complex electrical and electronic faults
• Mastery of manufacturer diagnostic tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read electrical diagrams
• Experience interacting with workshops, technical teams, or engineering
• Ability to transmit knowledge and support field teams
• Professional English proficiency (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile or multi-site environments
• Knowledge of multiple brands (multi-manufacturer, importer, or OEM context)
