Délégué Médico-Technique Respiratoire H/F

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain respiratory pathology management activities among prescribers and their teams within the Pyrénées Atlantiques and Landes regions.
• Perform institutional promotion of the company to targeted prescribers and healthcare teams.
• Highlight the added value of patient care provided by medico-technical teams and report on treatment adherence.
• Collaborate closely with agency medico-technical, logistics, and customer relations teams to ensure optimal patient follow-up.
• Organize professional events such as staff meetings, congresses, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Support healthcare professionals in their clinical and scientific study projects.
• Collect medical prescriptions and necessary administrative documents to maintain accurate patient files.
• Proactively manage the assigned sector and provide regular reporting via predefined dashboards.
• Update medical device stocks within health services when necessary and cooperate in materiovigilance activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree level education.
• Proven experience in field sales development, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong "conquest" mindset with the ability to target, identify, and develop a professional network.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships of trust with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
• Ability to build and present an annual sectoral action plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Resilience, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of teamwork.
