Délégué Commercial Vision Care

Responsibilities

• Develop direct and indirect revenue within the assigned sector through negotiations with opticians and medical information delivery to ophthalmologists and contactologists.
• Optimize client targeting and implement sector development strategies in alignment with Alcon's commercial policy.
• Promote products at the optician level, managing both sell-in (referencing) and sell-out (merchandising, training, and challenges).
• Ensure compliance with negotiated agreements at the point of sale for regional groups and central purchasing bodies.
• Drive brand prescriptions by securing scientific endorsement from ophthalmologists, contactologists, and orthoptists.
• Organize and manage scientific events, including dinners, presentations, and congresses, to engage key regional leaders.
• Utilize Salesforce to prepare visits, analyze sales data, and provide precise reporting for optimal follow-up.
• Monitor product safety by reporting any adverse effects or complaints according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac + 2 degree in Commerce or a Scientific field.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience.
• Proven experience in the medical or scientific sector.
• Experience within the optics sector is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in French and B1/B2 level proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation, public speaking, and pedagogical skills.
