Defensive Coordinator FBA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the American Football defensive unit and the coaching staff
• Plan the annual defensive system and develop a written playbook
• Design and execute training programs, including summer camps and season practices
• Conduct scouting and video analysis to identify game trends and situational strategies
• Recruit top-tier athletes for specific defensive positions based on team needs
• Monitor student-athlete progress regarding health, academics, and personal development
• Foster a positive philosophy and instill core values in student-athletes
• Lead coaching meetings to define strategies and maintain a healthy team environment

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as an Offensive or Defensive Coordinator
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Mastery of fieldwork and practical application of coaching techniques
• Ability to communicate complex technical knowledge in a simple, effective manner
