Deep Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning services in commercial facilities
• Strip, wax, burnish, and maintain various floor surfaces
• Perform marble polishing and restoration
• Operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and use required PPE
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and respond to service requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial floor care and deep cleaning experience
• Extensive experience with marble polishing, floor stripping, waxing, and burnishing
• Experience operating commercial floor care equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
