Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove inbound and outbound client support
• Onboard new RIAs and accounts into Flex SMA strategies
• Oversee daily Contribution, Withdrawal and Transfer processes
• Coordinate document completion between Business Development, Legal, and clients
• Work with Portfolio Implementation Team to translate daily cash flow details
• Investigate and respond to operational inquiries
• Interact with Engineering teams to enhance systems and improve technology
• Identify operational inefficiencies and create scalable workflows
• Drive and track tactical and strategic project initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in asset management focused on client services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timeframes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior project management experience
