About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support and answer general user questions regarding travel programs
- Create and monitor support cases for post-booking and program management issues
- Execute site administration across multiple platforms to optimize client setup and user access
- Facilitate the implementation of new tools and processes for travel operations
- Generate ad-hoc reporting and support reporting user access requests
- Audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies and develop solutions
- Manage select projects to achieve established goals and deliverables
- Advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in travel management, corporate travel support, or a related field
- Full professional fluency in English
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-faceted, time-sensitive projects
- Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and experience with travel management systems
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin
- Experience with Egencia, Concur, Coupa, or similar travel/expense management platforms
- Previous experience in account management or client-facing roles
