Dedicated Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and answer general user questions regarding travel programs
• Execute site administration across multiple platforms to optimize client setup and user access
• Generate ad-hoc reporting and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies
• Manage select projects to achieve established goals and deliverables
• Troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and preferred suppliers
• Advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience in travel management, corporate travel support, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-faceted, time-sensitive projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and experience with travel management systems
• Strong communication skills, including written documentation, status reporting, and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin
• Experience with Egencia, Concur, Coupa, or similar travel and expense management platforms
• Previous experience in account management or client-facing roles
