Decorator

Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works
• Applying first and second coats to achieve a high-quality finish
• Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring
• Protecting furniture and surrounding areas in occupied properties
• Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

Requirements

• CSCS card
• Experience in domestic or similar work
• Basic H&S certifications, specifically asbestos awareness
• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (van preferred)
• Good conversational English
