Decontamination Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post-sales technical support, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting for decontamination products.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspection testing, and validation on equipment such as autoclaves and washer disinfectors.
• Diagnose equipment faults and resolve technical issues in a timely manner while liaising with customers and support staff.
• Deliver user training to customers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, company equipment, tools, and vehicle stock.
• Act as a company ambassador, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience.
• Certification in Electrical Installation work, including practical experience.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of x-rays, air systems, and water systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and collaborate effectively within a team of experts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience specifically maintaining autoclaves and washer disinfectors.
