About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in situ site visits and building expertise
- Perform critical analysis of asbestos and lead diagnostic reports
- Draft PEMD diagnostics and technical documentation including plans
- Perform technical and financial estimations for various scenarios
- Present studies to clients and draft tender documents (DCE)
- Analyze contractor bids and write analysis reports
- Assist operations managers with construction site supervision and meetings
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in deconstruction and asbestos removal
- Minimum BAC +2/+3 degree in civil engineering or building construction
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Knowledge of construction principles for residential, industrial, and tertiary buildings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
