Responsibilities

• Guarantee machine setup and series changeovers
• Manage production while adhering to defined quality standards
• Perform in-process controls, adjust settings, and manage tool wear or breakage
• Diagnose common defects and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and skill development within the team
• Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate instructions clearly

Requirements

• CFC in polymechanic (Polymécanicien)
• Proven experience in Swissnano or Citizen R04/R07 turning (décolletage)
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools
• Strong sense of autonomy and responsibility
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate well
