• Guarantee the startup and changeover of production series
• Manage production while strictly adhering to defined standards
• Perform in-process controls, adjust settings, and manage tool wear or breakage
• Diagnose common defects and implement necessary corrective actions
• Maintain follow-up documentation and communicate instructions clearly
• Contribute to skill development and continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• CFC de polymécanicien
• Proven experience in Swissnano or Citizen R04 turning (décolletage)
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools
• Strong sense of autonomy and responsibility
• Team spirit and effective communication skills
