Deco Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, control, adjust, and maintain production line machinery to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor, analyze, and record parameters related to machine operation and the production process
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine downtime and technical faults
• Notify supervisors of any interventions requiring production stops or parameter changes
• Report work progress, identified risks, and operational incidents according to departmental procedures
• Perform regular quality checks on completed work
• Participate in scheduled and unscheduled machine maintenance and repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, machines, and equipment in accordance with hygiene standards
• Support the implementation of Lean standards and participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum secondary vocational education in a mechanical or electrical field
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the English language
