Decision Support Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship and governance over business metrics supporting North America and UK capital investments and revenue performance for AI transformation.
• Deliver actionable financial recommendations and management reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Lead strategic and tactical planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and "what-if" scenario analysis.
• Support the investment lifecycle by developing business cases and reviewing financial outcomes for technology and product rollouts.
• Partner with the central AI Enablement team to identify automation opportunities and implement efficiency gains across finance workflows.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business Unit CFOs, Directors, and Global Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role with a deep understanding of P&L metrics in a global organization.
• Financial Degree, Diploma, MBA, or an advanced business degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hyperion, PeopleSoft, or equivalent financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within an international environment and through periods of significant change.
• Familiarity with current AI tools and a curiosity for leveraging AI to enhance financial insights.
