About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding business solution definition, campaign management, and business intelligence processes.
- Execute and analyze decision support processes to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, integrity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage complex campaigns, including reviewing specifications, validating deliverables, and ensuring dynamic execution.
- Perform audits on post-production changes to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide data-driven recommendations and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Conduct application administration, including troubleshooting, user training, and implementing necessary code changes.
- Research and investigate potential processing efficiencies and redundancies to optimize data usage.
Requirements
- Advanced, proven knowledge of solution management.
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail for monitoring and auditing purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with no experience.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and applications.
- Knowledge of Information Technology practices.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL/PL-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting, Campaign Management Tools, Business Intelligence Tools, ETL Tools, or UNIX/LINUX.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
