Decision Scientist

Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-dimensional data to identify user patterns, emerging trends, and risk signals
• Develop and maintain churn and propensity models to improve retention
• Lead campaign analytics by building user segments and evaluating communication effectiveness
• Partner with product teams to guide feature development using cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Tech, Compliance, and Business teams to execute analytical solutions
• Own end-to-end strategic analytical initiatives from hypothesis design to impact tracking
• Support and mentor junior analysts in data hygiene, modeling, and experimentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Experience handling large datasets and working with distributed computing tools
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into business solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional environments
