About the role
Responsibilities
- Design credit underwriting strategies and customer journeys for consumer lending across digital and phygital channels
- Leverage market and customer analytics to uncover growth opportunities through city and channel expansion
- Track credit risk performance and perform risk diagnostics to identify levers for risk reduction
- Build and maintain acquisition scorecards for new customers and behavioral scorecards for cross-sell
- Design test experiments to discover product-market fit for new channels
- Manage 2-3 business analysts reporting to the Chief Manager
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in retail lending analytics within FinTech, NBFC, or Banking
- BTech from a Tier 1 engineering college or equivalent
- Managerial experience managing at least 1-2 junior analysts
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Data Visualization
- Expertise in Credit Risk Modelling, Data Modelling, and Portfolio Analytics
- Experience with Data Science, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
