Decision Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract and identify relevant data from various internal and external sources to drive decision-making.
• Build, validate, and monitor quantitative models and perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure robust analytical outputs.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management and functional leadership on business challenges and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and virtual teams to investigate commercial opportunities and risks.
• Manage and mitigate risks through assessment in support of the control and governance agenda.
• Drive strategic outcomes that improve profitability, customer experience, or operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic thinking, combining business knowledge with analytics to drive outcomes.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Advanced problem-structuring skills using frameworks such as MECE, Hypothesis-based testing, or Decision Trees.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to align Business, Tech, Risk, and Compliance departments.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage team members.
• Ability to craft compelling, data-backed strategic narratives for executive-level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in creating customer segmentation models.
• Practical knowledge of data warehouse and MI environments and practices.
• Experience in global banking data science or consulting units.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional matrix leadership.
