Decision Center Specialist

Responsibilities

• Resolve fulfillment exceptions and inspect troubleshooting orders within a busy warehouse environment
• Verify transaction details including SKU, size, condition, and packaging to ensure accuracy
• Conduct root-cause analysis on defective orders to identify user errors, process flaws, or systemic bugs
• Manage returns and cancellations in accordance with company standards and policies
• Perform high levels of audits to ensure data integrity and process accuracy
• Recommend training improvements to management to enhance operational flow
• Act as a final decision maker on exception orders to minimize financial impact

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in specialized fulfillment problem solving, order management, or customer service in a warehouse environment
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for reporting and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and learn technical process maps quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
