Decision Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach optimal resolutions according to marketplace guidelines
• Ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment
• Develop a deep understanding of shoe conditions and GOAT authentication standards
• Pick shoes from inventory and process specific returns and orders
• Capture quick and accurate photos of sneakers
• Triage escalated orders by developing an understanding of various order statuses
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Background in customer service or dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands
• Ability to operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to transport merchandise
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and handle increasing responsibility
