Decision Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide technical guidance to junior team members in data science, business analytics, and statistical analysis
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including defining scope, creating detailed project plans, and maintaining timelines
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to address key client issues and improve commercial effectiveness
• Synthesize complex data findings into actionable recommendations and communicate results to senior stakeholders
• Lead team status meetings and coordinate sub-projects to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget
• Recruit, train, and mentor subordinates, providing coaching on hypothesis testing and statistical modeling
• Support business development and strategy activities through financial summaries and account-level management

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of progressive experience
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management and team leadership
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles
• Proficiency in data analysis, data mining, and SQL or SAS programming
• Experience building scalable AI/ML solutions and statistical modeling
• Experience developing forecasting tools for strategic planning
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 20% of the time
