Decision Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis workstreams and act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to inform product and UX decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans, including the design of data products and KPI frameworks.
• Analyze user journeys, pain points, and interaction patterns using usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.
• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Mentor junior and intermediate Business Analysts within the Community of Practice to drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure technical integrity through requirements traceability, data governance, and change management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy.
• 3+ years of experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with UX analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MBA, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma.
