Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Forecasting

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues.
• Execute forecasting projects for pharmaceutical assets across various lifecycle stages, including pipeline and inline products.
• Synthesize diverse data sources to extract actionable insights for business and portfolio decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to investigate client needs.
• Communicate results to clients and internal teams through high-quality oral and written presentations.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for project aspects.
• Guide and mentor Associates within project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Engineering).
• 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, or Excel.
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
