Decanting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise decanting activities to ensure process compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage daily operations, resource administration, and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead shift start meetings to communicate objectives, take attendance, and distribute workload.
• Develop work plans and meal schedules in coordination with the assistant.
• Conduct frequent floor walks to supervise scanner and forklift operations, providing real-time feedback to staff.
• Monitor warehouse inventory movement, optimize space utilization, and track missing merchandise.
• Maintain quality and productivity levels through continuous improvement projects and staff coaching.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with support departments such as Maintenance, Engineering, IT, HR, and Security.
• Ensure the cleanliness, order, and maintenance of the work area and equipment.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, or currently a student/intern in a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the current role as an Auditor.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of WMS, WCS, and TRATE systems.
• Proficiency in PC usage and general computer skills.
• Full availability to work various shifts.
• Clean disciplinary record (0 administrative notices).
