Deburring Technician

Responsibilities

• Remove small burrs or sharp edges from metal parts following manufacturing processes
• Clean intersections of bores and conduits by eliminating burrs and detachable particles in specified zones
• Prepare tooling in accordance with best practices and technical instructions
• Perform deburring and smoothing operations while ensuring compliance with applicable standards
• Conduct self-inspections using endoscopic equipment
• Inspect parts completed by other technicians and analyze defects to identify necessary rework
• Make decisions regarding defects, including acceptance, rework, or formal reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma, A levels, GED, or equivalent
• Experience with precision deburring machines or high-precision machining
• Exceptional manual dexterity and ability to manipulate very small parts
• High capacity for concentration and extreme attention to detail
• Background in precision-oriented activities (e.g., watchmaking, model building, or fine crafts) is a plus
