Debug Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level
• Operate electronic test equipment and conduct specialized testing as required
• Analyze software, test, protocol, and script logs to diagnose and verify test failures
• Determine whether units require repair or retesting based on failure analysis
• Provide technical assistance, feedback, and guidance to other technical personnel and departments
• Collaborate with engineers on functionality issues and procedure updates
• Assist with the installation, debug, and validation of process equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor

Requirements

• Advanced technical skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Experience operating electronic test equipment
• Ability to write technical reports, business correspondence, and procedures
• Proficiency in English (speaking and understanding)
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and support groups
