Debug and Test Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in debugging and repairing radar components within a production environment
• Lead troubleshooting exercises and provide job assignments to the team
• Prioritize tasks and manage the overall workload of the team to meet KPI goals
• Test, rework, and repair radars, electronic devices, and accessories
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, and Product Development teams to support repair activities
• Maintain and report team KPIs

Requirements

• Engineering degree (S, C.S, ME) or equivalent technical training/formal electronics training
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and test environments
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in PCBA debug and repair (soldering)
• Proficiency with RF electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand circuit schematics and engineering documentation
• Familiarity with ESD control processes and materials

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC Solder Certification
• In-depth knowledge of RF circuits
• Experience with the manufacturing processes of radars
• Ability to analyze production data to identify trends or deviations
• General project management skills
