Debt Recovery Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate debt recovery actions for B2B and B2C clients
• Organize reminder campaigns via various communication channels and find amicable solutions
• Prepare and follow up on files for transmission to bailiffs and recovery companies
• Manage judicial activity in coordination with bailiffs and lawyers
• Handle customer complaints
• Monitor CAF files and debt restructuring (surendettement) procedures
• Manage rental guarantees (Garanties Locatives)
• Provide legal advice to internal clients regarding unpaid debts and neighborhood disturbances

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in Law or Real Estate professions
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English proficiency is a plus
