Debt Collections Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and stabilize the new inbound debt collections team in Lenexa, Kansas
• Coach specialists through real-time feedback and reinforcement of negotiation techniques
• Drive team KPIs including dollars collected, conversion rates, and quality standards
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, attendance, productivity, and compliance
• Ensure all team interactions meet FDCPA standards and ethical recovery practices
• Partner with Workforce Management and Training teams to ensure staff readiness

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in collections or call center leadership
• 1–2 years of direct people management experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance metrics
• Deep knowledge of FDCPA regulations
