About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic undergraduate enrollment efforts to optimize recruitment, selection, and yield.
- Leverage internal and external market data to assess performance and forecast enrollment trends.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies, digital initiatives, and outreach campaigns.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the admissions team, providing a clear data-driven strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-campus partners in Athletics, Alumnae Relations, Development, and Financial Aid.
- Represent the institution to prospective students, families, high schools, and community organizations.
- Manage budget oversight and resource management for the admissions office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience in admissions or enrollment management.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Proven success in implementing strategies that improve student enrollment.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and CRM platforms for data-driven decision making.
- Strong strategic planning, implementation, and budget management skills.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a private, selective liberal arts institution.
- Deep knowledge of emerging enrollment challenges and trends in higher education.
- Ability to effectively lead organizational change and foster a collaborative culture.
