Dean of Industrial Technologies & BSSC

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all instructional programs, support services, and program evaluations within the Industrial Technologies Division
• Lead the selection, development, and evaluation of faculty and division staff
• Direct course and curriculum development, including both credit and non-credit offerings
• Manage the departmental annual budget and seek appropriate grant opportunities
• Coordinate apprentice and internship programs and lead collaboration with high schools, career centers, and universities
• Serve as the Executive Director of the Black Swamp Safety Council, managing budget, billing, and reporting
• Assist in the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a skilled trades technology, engineering, education, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in industry or skilled trades
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Experience working within a higher education environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
