About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of high-quality instruction aligned to the Arc of the Year framework
- Coach and develop 6-8 teachers through weekly 1:1s, walkthroughs, and actionable feedback
- Teach one section of a course to provide an exemplar classroom model
- Lead analysis of student academic data to identify trends and drive improvement
- Implement academic systems including gradebooks, intervention, and assessment cycles
- Partner with the Principal and Network Teaching & Learning Team on professional development
- Support the RTI-A system for student progress monitoring and intervention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction teacher licenses or eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes through data-driven leadership
- Deep knowledge of standards-based instruction and adult learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in education
- Wisconsin DPI administration licensure or eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year in an instructional leadership role
