Deals Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA Sales teams regarding quoting, pricing, and commercial requirements.
• Conduct detailed reviews of customer account information using Salesforce (SFDC) and other internal systems.
• Partner with Sales teams to provide pricing guidance, assess transaction structures, and ensure quote accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Professional Services, and Order Management.
• Ensure all required approvals for discounting, non-standard commercial terms, and contractual exceptions are properly documented.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help internal stakeholders understand transaction requirements and business context.

Requirements

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or Order Management.
• Experience within a software or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data for commercial recommendations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and reporting).
• Familiarity with CPQ platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting geographically distributed sales teams and navigating cross-border commercial processes.
• Familiarity with AI platforms.
