About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training through engaging, hands-on virtual and in-person sessions
- Coach and mentor dealership employees to build lasting technical skills
- Build trusted relationships with dealership management to ensure goal alignment
- Analyze feedback and identify adoption barriers to optimize technology utilization
- Manage territory logistics including travel up to 80% with overnight stays
- Track key performance metrics and celebrate dealer milestones
Requirements
- Strong teaching mentality and passion for helping others learn
- Ability to learn new software quickly and explain it clearly
- Outgoing and extroverted personality
- Willingness to travel up to 80% including flights and overnights
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Background in software training or technical enablement
- Previous customer service or client-facing consulting experience
