About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training through engaging, hands-on virtual and in-person sessions
- Coach and mentor dealership employees to build lasting technical skills
- Build trusted relationships with dealership management to ensure goal alignment
- Analyze feedback and identify adoption barriers to optimize technology utilization
- Manage territory logistics including up to 80% travel and expense tracking
- Track key performance metrics to drive measurable improvements in technology adoption
Requirements
- Teaching mentality with a passion for helping others learn
- Comfort working with new software and technology
- Inquisitive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Outgoing and extroverted personality
- Ability to travel up to 80% including overnight stays and flights
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Background in software training or technical enablement
- Previous customer service or client-facing consulting experience
