Responsibilities

• Own the performance and growth of a wholesale account portfolio
• Source and onboard new dealer accounts through prospecting and conversion
• Drive auction participation and bid activity across the portfolio
• Engage accounts in sales-focused conversations regarding specific inventory
• Execute the full auction cycle from demand building to post-auction follow-up
• Address dealer issues, including arbitrations and post-sale concerns
• Maintain high daily outreach activity and track performance using HubSpot

Requirements

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Highly motivated by targets and daily activity metrics
• Strong communication skills for handling objections and driving bids
• Organized and detail-oriented with high volume account management experience
• Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain one within the first month
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Mississauga

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using dealership management systems
• Experience with wholesale marketplaces
• Familiarity with vehicle auction processes
