Dealership Attendant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the showroom, guiding them from initial inquiry to sale and postsale follow-up
• Work with customers in-store and via phone/email/text to understand their needs
• Facilitate showroom visits and test drives
• Finalize vehicle selection and support order placement
• Deliver a seamless experience by setting up app connectivity and providing warranty/maintenance information
• Proactively move customers through the sales funnel and respond to inbound leads
• Act as a product specialist for CDJR products
• Guide customers through real-time in-dealership sales using proprietary tools
• Engage in B2B sales to drive fleet sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales lot
• Perform inventory and lot management tasks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50lbs
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work weekends and a 7-day availability rotation
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Knowledge of CDJR products and automotive trends
• Experience with digital communication platforms
