Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between the dealer network and manufacturing operations
- Utilize phone systems to promptly answer or return calls, texts, and voice messages
- Navigate ERP systems to provide high-quality dealer support and resolve order issues
- Perform general clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Align dealer requirements with production capabilities to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in ERP or CRM software
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Experience in the manufacturing or wholesale industry
