Dealer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant and customer-centric partner to auto dealers to drive Navigator Platform adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and POD team members to execute cohesive market strategies and achieve sales goals.
• Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle, including providing specialized expertise during initial pitches and closing.
• Drive process improvements aligned with the Capital One Sales Process to ensure superior customer outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshooting support for the Navigator Platform.
• Conduct frequent in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Process Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the Memphis, TN metro area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Process Management.
• 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management.
