Dealer Services Specialist – Warranty & General Wholesale Accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing for corporate, marketplace, and general accounts using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Maintain an accurate order book through regular review, reconciliation, and invoice corrections
• Act as an operational support partner for corporate organizations, PR agencies, athletes, and general dealers
• Set up and maintain customer accounts across internal systems including D365, DST, and B2B platforms
• Manage the warranty inbox, investigating claims and proposing cost-effective resolutions
• Coordinate replacement shipments, returns, and international shipments of warrantied products
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Credit, and global Customer Service teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with an organized, analytical approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to investigate issues, resolve problems, and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University degree
• Familiarity with marketplace account practices such as Amazon
• Interest in outdoor products and product safety standards
