Dealer Services Specialist – Key Accounts (REI & EDI)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing through SPS Commerce, EDI integrations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Maintain an accurate order book through daily review, reconciliation, and invoice value corrections
• Ensure pricing, article data, and price lists align with customer agreements
• Investigate and resolve chargebacks and ensure compliance with account routing guides
• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts, including REI
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Credit, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support EDI onboarding, system testing, and new account setup processes
• Coordinate returns and provide backup support for other dealer services accounts

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (College or University degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Familiarity with EDI workflows and SPS Commerce preferred
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience supporting large wholesale or key accounts is a plus
