About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary company contact for Nissan and Infiniti dealerships within the assigned Seattle/Portland district.
- Promote consumer finance products (retail and lease) and dealer lending programs, including wholesale floorplan and revolving lines of credit.
- Promote NESNA Assurance products, such as vehicle service contracts and prepaid maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between dealerships and internal departments including consumer credit, funding, titles, and legal.
- Facilitate lease vehicle returns and monitor dealer compliance with return policies and procedures.
- Assist in relationship management and action plan implementation during credit workouts or asset disposal of troubled loans.
- Administer territory contest and incentive programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 6+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, service, or dealer relationship management.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive credit analysis, consumer lending, commercial lending, or assurance products.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive financial products.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% (day and overnight).
- Must reside within the assigned district.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience in automotive finance or automotive sales and marketing.
- Previous experience providing on-the-job training to new employees.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation applications for reporting.
